Abingdon Travel Diary • Autumn Getaway Trip • October 2023

I went to Abingdon to visit my little sister at her college because I want to show support at her college volleyball game. I had a good time down their in Abingdon, Virginia because it is a lot of fun to explore different places.

My parents and I have arrived at the Air BNB in the afternoon that is closer to my sisters college campus. The inside of the house looks really nice. It has two bedroom and two bathrooms along with a kitchen, a living room area, and a front porch outside. The owners did give us some coffee K-cups and snacks in the kitchen.

On Monday, My Dad and I went shopping at the college campus's book store. I bought myself a college volleyball tee shirt and a college mascot Stud Earrings because I want to show support for my little sister at her volleyball game. located in Main Street. we stop by at Chellas on Main because I want to get a cute picture frame and I also got this cute bracelet from there. Then, my Dad took me to Big Pal's for lunch because I was very hungry and I got myself a burger with fries.

My parents and I went to Damascus, which is closer to Abingdon and I did have a good time over there. We stop by at the big diner's for lunch. I got myself a veggie burrito along with French fries. It tasted really good. Then, we stopped by get some ice cream and I got myself cookies and cream ice cream in a waffle cone. We also walk down to the park and took pictures of the ducks swimming in the lake.
